Privacy

Privacy at OncoSignal.

We build with respect for the sensitivity of health data.

Our approach

De-identification is a default, not a setting.

What we collect

Operational and clinical data shared by client organizations for a defined pathway, cohort, or feasibility engagement — never data collected directly from patients, and never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

How it is protected

Data is de-identified at the point of ingestion wherever the engagement allows, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to roles explicitly granted for that engagement.

Who can access it

Access is scoped per engagement and logged in an audit trail. Client organizations control which of their own staff can view which views — OncoSignal does not grant itself standing access to client data.

How long it is kept

Data is retained only for the duration of the active engagement plus any period required by the client's own data governance agreement, after which it is deleted or returned.
